Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 in 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as well as hosting a TV show on MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of the show The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were leaving the show to launch their own project, titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is the co-host of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has been featured on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. As of the year 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball says that she has a greater enthusiasm for politics to having an expectant mother in 2008's primaries. Additionally, she was a witness to the US election outcome while in Jordan. She was able see the effect it had on the citizens of Jordan and gained an appreciation of the global reach of US politics. She was a Senior fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She co-hosted the MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She created the People's House Project, an action committee that works for Democratic causes in May of 2017.
